About Me

As a Jungle Body Instructor, Group Fitness Coach and Qualified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to help you reach your fitness goals through a fun and enjoyable fitness session.  I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Since doing Konga with Bri, I've noticed I am stronger, fitter, more flexible and more toned. I love that the routines change regularly and the music is usually current. You can add your own style and go as hard as you like. There is always a low impact option and you can modify according to your ability. It's the perfect way to get fit and have fun at the same time. I always look forward to the classes and catching up with the likeminded ladies. I never get bored at Konga :)
